About us

The company’s name was derived from the German- Danish word “Öko + Géstalter means Eco-Designer”.  It started its operation in 2009 at United Arab Emirates during the preparation of As-built documentation of Waste Water Treatment Plant & Pumping Stations by Engr. Christian Bulaong.

Soon after the company provide engineering services for various clients related to Power & Water Sector and low rise buildings within UAE.

In 2016, after vigorous view of the management to shift its market specifically in the Philippines. Official company’s website was lunch in the same year and Philippine team with collaboration with different consultant across the world were formed. Comprising of different engineering discipline with distinct specialization authorized and recognized both local and international.

In 2020 due to needs of Local market in the Philippines the company evolve as Xiemens mainly focus on engineering design, documentation & EHS compliance.
